Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
My goal is to provide quality, respectful service to each and every client. When you make an appointment, I reserve this time especially for you. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner inconveniences those individuals who need access to my services and, additionally, represents a loss to me for the total amount of services. As such, I require, at least, 24-hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy enables me to better utilize available appointments for clients that need my services.
Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a charge of $25.

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting me, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
My salon services are offered by appointment only.
Fees & Payments
I currently accept payments in cash or through the Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle mobile applications. All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. I will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees prior to providing your service. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, please let me know prior to receiving the service.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently accept credit cards. However, returning clients have the option of paying in cash, through one of the mobile applications mentioned above, or by check after the 3rd appointment.
Any returned check will result in a $35.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.
Children are welcomed for their scheduled appointments. To help maintain an ultimately calm and relaxing environment, please do not bring children unless they are the recipient of a spa service.
